checking my bmi for curiosity and it saying obese. in 1 month i have dropped 2 bmi points and am no longer obese. working towards ideal now :)

Absolutely! I have always ADORED fruit and vegetables but was too lazy to ever do anything with them. I NEVER used to have my 5 a day but now I have at least that amount, mostly more. Today I have had 10 fruit and veg (mostly in soup I made) and it was absolutely delicious!

you could make omelette's or frittata's for breakfast and freeze them. That way any left over veg etc can be thrown into it and it's healthy.
