  • I have mine set to friends only because, I don't want the world in my business. Havingit set this way means I track everything. If it is public I get self conscious. Tracking is knowing what I put in my mouth so I am not eating mindlessly.
  • Thanks for all the great advice, I haven't had a chance to run yet because my DH is out of of town right now so when he gets back I will be hitting the park or the gym in them and seeing how they fair.
  • I am going to have to repeat week one again but I am okay with it. I am going to finish whatever it takes. I have a Gym boss coming my way and I am determined to be able to run. I know it sounds strange but I want to be one of "those people" who love to run. I want to run and enjoy it.
  • I would like to join if y'all don't mind. I did W1 D1 yesterday and will do W1 D2 tomorrow. I might have to repeat week 1 because yesterday I only got through 5 sets of intervals and my hips are super sore today. I want to be able to run so I am determined to do it.
