Keep up the good work. I wish I thought of taking before and afters I had to go looking for full body pictures from prior to weight loss to show the difference. You never now when is going to be the time you actually do lose the weight.

I would say never deprive yourself of anything you really want just try to do smaller portions. I love icecream so I buy slow churned (1/2 calories) or mini icecream bars for the smaller portions. I would say first tip is to weigh yourself the same day and time weekly. If you get on the scale at different times of the day could throw your numbers off. Also try mixing up your daily meals don't eat the same breakfast everyday ect.... as well as try to vary your exercise routine will help keep your body guessing and…

What I did since I was the only one trying to lose weight was eay more reasonable meals for breakfast and lunch and then at dinner I would eat the same meal they were but samller portions. If I endulged in extra calories I would work them off with exercise.
