Greatly appreciated this post. I have just started with calculating and following macros. I ate a Quest bar today and wondered why my calorie count was still 100 calories under when all my macros showed up as 0. I also didn't know whether to go ahead and eat the calories or not--thanks again.

Hmmm-- started drinking Tab in the 70's. I regularly drink diet coke (2 cans a day). Sometimes I drink a Dr Pepper 10 or a Canadra Dry 10. I love the Mio drops for water especially the tea and lemonade together. I also drink the Crystal Light Raspberry Ice quite a bit. I make my own brewed tea and sweeten it with Splenda.…
