According to my Fitbit report my average last week was 69g of fat per day. 38% of my calories were from fat (recommend 20-35%) and 14% from protein (recommended 10-35%).

I'm 5ft6" and was struggling to get into size 12 trousers at 158lbs, but fitting somewhat better at 149lbs. I can sometimes get size 10 tops, but usually because of my boobs I need a 12 or a 14.
