try snap peas/snow peas. they are VERY quick to cook (like a couple minutes), and you can eat them hot or chill them and eat them with hummus. if you chill them, you can also put them in salad with sesame seeds and a bit of soy sauce and nuts - yummmmmmmmm! (this is coming from a person who also hates vegetables)

chips - i mean i know that chips aren't healthy, but even the healthier kind are like 140 calories for just 7 chips. AND I CAN NEVER EAT JUST 7 CHIPS!!! craziness.

i'm a vegan and i make pizza with daiya mozzarella cheese and it's delicious! i also drink almond milk which i think is even more delicious than regular milk.

the New York Concrete Jungle song! i live in NY, so my friends from outside the city sing it to me all the time and it's seriously awful. I don't know what it's called, but the "Yeah we up up up up above the" song is really annoying to me, because it doesn't finish the sentence! ??????

i have the same problem - i chew gum or chew on carrots. i also keep a water bottle with me all the time and have water-drinking goals for every few hours, like i have to drink a full bottle in three hours. tends to keep me distracted. it's hard though.

since soy causes your body to produce estrogen, too much of it can be harmful for your hormone balance. so i drink almond almost exclusively (plus i think it's SO much better). the original silk kind is already naturally sweet, so it's better to avoid the sugar and drink that.

just eat only fruits, veggies, and beans! it will save you money, make you healthier, and totally cut down on your sodium! seriously, try it! google "plant-based diet" or read dr. furhman's book "eat to live" - definitely changing my life.

i would try substituting protein shakes with "green" shakes - you know, just all natural foods that are full of fiber and won't stick to your body. i plateu-ed for several weeks after i'd been losing 1 to 2 pounds a week, and then one week all that weight just came off! And I even cut back on my workouts that week!…

If I ever notice that, I'm usually really impressed because I know how much harder it is to work out when you have a lot of extra weight to carry around. So think of it that way - you are doing the most work there and that makes you stronger even than any of those trainers.
