How is everyone liking the program thus far? I'm on day 10 now I think and still goin strong! It's huge for me to stick to a workout regemine for this long and still feel good about it! :) I can't wait for phase 2!!

Hey heyI just finishe my first week of p90x2 (today will be day eight). I'm loving it! I've lost almost 7lbs and 11" already! Goodbye Chistmas binge weight haha.

I definitely agree with you on enjoying the core focus. I also have lower back issues due, in part, to a weak core so I'm hoping P90X2 will help with that! :)

My problem with meal replacements is that it's not enough to satiate me in most cases. :( They almost never fill me up. Maybe I just haven't found the 'right' replacement for me yet.

I started P90X2 this week! Just completed day 4 this evening. Loving it so far. =] I'd say that the moves are much more advanced this time around because there seems to be a heavy focus on balance/core work in addition to what exercise you're doing. I personally wouldn't recommend the program! I will admit, I have not tried it but it doesn't seem sustainable. I agree that I prefer to get my nutrients from real food. I feel fuller eating food than i would havig meal replacement shakes!! I feel like once you quit using the shakes, you'd gain your weight back. From what…

I'm 24 and have about 15 lbs to lose after having lost 40 already! These last few have stuck around since my daughter was born in 2008 but it's time to say goodbye to them!
