Oh I am not obsessing over a number, it is just my goal to get out of the 130's. However, I want to tone up so if the number on the scale goes up and I drop a dress size I will be happy with it---if I look good:wink: . I just don't know how to tone up if you can't while in a deficit---is that true?

Ditto everyone else---log it as circuit training until you get a HRM since it involves both cardio and weights. That's what I have been doing. I just got a HRM for Christmas so I will need to try the 30 DS with my HRM and see how accurate it is...

So I tried this and I loved it. However, the sodium content is around 1,550? Is that accurate:huh: ? That is a lot for one meal considering I have 2 other meals as well as snacks to account for too. Do most people need to worry about sodium?

Have you tried the Weight Watchers ice cream? At my local Walmart they sell them in a small 1 cup serving for $1.00 each. I have tasted the mint chocolate chip and the chocolate fudge brownie flavor and they are tasty. They are pretty low calorie and pretty doable if you make room in your daily intake. That doesn't seem right. My BMR is 1251...so does that mean I should be eating LESS than that to lose weight? MFP set my calorie goal to 1440 to lose .5 lbs a week. My "goals" page says I burn 1690 calories from normal daily activity. Shouldn't I lose weight by staying UNDER that instead and not worrying about my BMR?
