  • Of course. I: will help you if I can:smile: .
  • I am in the same boat as you. I didn't take any before pictures and I hate not being able to compare my 19 lb loss so far:sad: ...
  • For fat loss plans set up macros to 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbs. This % is only because MFP wont allow single %. I found the info from here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/538381-in-place-of-a-road-map :flowerforyou:
  • double post..oops!
  • Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Cardio 1 during 'fast feet': "Shake your butt baby, shake your butt" Every time she says that my older 2 kids (ages 4 and 3 ) repeat it. "Shake your butt Mommy shake your butt:laugh: .
  • Thanks for all the info. I appreciate it:bigsmile: .
  • I *think* a health food store---but I know Amazon.com sells them.
  • According to Fat2fit and the Harris Benedict formula it is 1318. However, I notice when I eat that few calories (anything under 1700) I get soooo irritable and cranky. I also have no energy. I think it is my bodys way of telling me I need more food. I don't think anything under 1700 is enough for me. Heck, I think 1800 is…
  • I have never had them but I plan on buying some so I can try these refrigerator oatmeal recipes. We are coming up on summer here and I don't want warm oatmeal. http://www.theyummylife.com/blog/2012/03/293/Overnight,+No-Cook+Refrigerator+Oatmeal+--+A+healthy+breakfast+made+in+mason+jars+in+six+different+flavors! I think…
  • Between 175-250 calories for a 30ish minute workout. However, I don't eat my exercise calories back because with fat2fit you aren't supposed to eat back exercise calories. So I net between 1600-1700 usually.
  • I am a stay-at-home mom to 3 kids ages 4 and under--so I think that in itself is at least fairly to moderately active. I feel like I am constantly on my feet. As far as exercise goes, currently I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Before this I did ChaLean Extreme. So doesn't that sound fairly close to very active…
  • BUMP please:flowerforyou: .
  • ^^^This! You have to learn to deal with portion control when it comes to junk food. We are all going to be tempted our whole life by it---birthday parties, holidays, family get-togethers, etc. There is no way I could ever cut it out of my life completely. I also still eat Arbys, Taco Bell, Pizza, Cake etc. You just have to…
  • Chocolate (especially dak chocolate) is definitely my problem. I also LOVE ice cream. I absolutely LOVE Skinnycow Mint Ice Cream Sandwich. I have tried the majority of their ice cream sandwiches and the mint one is the best and is only 140 calories. Also, Dove Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises. Each piece is only 42 calories.…
  • I was searching the forums to find an answer to this exact question so I am bumping it for answers:flowerforyou: . I am 30 years old and only 5'1. I workout 6 days a week for about 30 minutes each time. So according to Fat2fit I am Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) and I should be eating 2237 at my goal weight…
  • Mine is of our cat---we named him Gimli (after the hairy dwarf from LOTR). He has strange long hairs between and on the bottom of his paws, and coming out of his ears. It's not a lot---just a few pop up here and there on his body. He has REALLY long hairs growing in weird places...and they are longer than the rest of his…
  • Again, everyone's opinions are different. I once had a gym membership---and I found it to be very hard to stay committed to going. You always had to plan it out ahead of time. Something always came up---I dreaded going. I then decided to cancel my membership. I started working out at home. I started with a few dvds, then…
  • Can I ask why you say this? There are many people on here that love Jillian Michaels and have seen results with most of her dvds. I have almost all of them. I find most of her dvds quite enjoyable and I know they work. I don't have a gym membership and almost 95% of my workout dvds are Jillian Michaels dvds. As you can see…
  • ^^^This is what I was thinking exactly:bigsmile: .

  • I am 30. I have 3 kids (4, 3, and 8 months). I've successfully lost ALL my baby weight plus some, but I still have a few lbs (around 5 lbs) to go to get where I want. Add me if you are still looking. :)
  • I used 1/4 cup and only got 11 pancakes from it---does that sound about right? How many people is this supposed to serve?
  • ^^^This!. I used Fat2Fit and it told me to eat 2237 if I workout 6 days a week (which I normally do). However the last paragraph says: "As you get closer to your goal weight, your weight loss will start to slow down. It is OK to eat a few hundred calories less per day (200-300) to speed up your weight loss at this point."…
  • do you know how many pancakes this makes?
  • Thank you so much for that recipe. I am going to copy and save. Is this one of your 75 calorie recipes:flowerforyou: ?
  • I am 5'1 and started my weight loss journey at 138. I am currently around 119---hoping to get to 114-115 llbs. Anyone feel free to add me:flowerforyou: . I wanted to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 128 (and I was 138)---so my 1st goal was to lose 10 lbs. Since then I have been doing 5 lb goals---I do think smaller goals…
  • That's good to know. Growing up my mom would make Bisquick mix pancakes---so that's what I have used before. However, I don't have any on hand right now so I am doubtful Bisquick mix would be 75 calories per pancake. Maybe, but I am doubtful:laugh: . Just trying to decide if I want to get more Bisquick Mix or try the…
  • According to that website link it says it's only 75 calories per pancake...Not bad at all I think:smile: .
  • So going to try these!
