I used to have a gym membership but like you I found the equipment boring when I did go to the gym. So. now I use workout dvds at home. I am in month 3 of ChaLean Extreme and I love it. It's like P90X but for women. I am NOT saying women can't do P90X. I am saying that I believe it was made more for women in mind as P90X was made more for men in mind......I got a really good deal on ebay:smile: .

I have 3 kids---4 yrs, 3 yrs, and 5 months. I have lost all my pregnancy weight---but I was a little overweight to begin with. When I DID eat Oreos---I would twist Oreo's apart and leave the one side with the frosting for somebody else and eat the lone cookie. I don't like the Oreo frosting. Oreo's would be p-e-r-f-e-c-t without frosting.....Love just the chocolate cookie part. I must be the odd one...

I don't think there really is a way to approach it without sounding rude... SHE has to be ready for a change. Maybe she will want to change when she sees your progress and she will ask you about it---then you can show her "the ropes.":flowerforyou:

Week 1 ---Lean Circuit 3. Lots of planks and push ups. I am more sore this first week of Lean then I have ever been. It's a good sore though:laugh: . Lean Circuits are tough!!!
