Welcome mrsg2006! You stick with it and you will see changes! Stace - at least you're back at it! Buckeyegal - funny - I've been running for exercise the last month and have found JMBR to be a much tougher workout!!!! I think we'll see better results with resistance and cardio than just cardio - I hope so!!!!!

If you've registered, you should have access to download the book "You'll Know at the Finish Line". It's full of information. I've got my first one in August and a MFP pal just completed her first. She said upper body strength is important. Good luck!

July 1 - 3 miles. Thanks!

Missed June but I'm back for July - will be travelling a lot so shooting for 100 miles - Thanks so much!:flowerforyou:

Cardio 1 - much harder than it was the first go around! Running man - ugh!
-
Well, there's a lot to work
-
Workout 2! Second go around of JMBR and I love it! I remember enjoying her even--numbered workouts better the first time and the trend continues!
-
Woo hoo - back for my second round of JMBR and am excited! I've been away from Jillian for only 3 weeks and already this workout was waaaay harder than it ever was before. Feels so good to be back! Anyone else just starting?
-
You ladies are doing so well! I'm in Week 1 of my second go around of JMBR. At the end of my first round, I was the fittest I'd ever been in my life. Looking forward to getting back there and staying there! I did find Phase 2 the toughest - especially WO7 - I shudder to think that's ahead of me! You all will see…
-
You rock

I have met him. He's a very nice person. Gave me a personal note to give my 80 year-old Mom who is a huge fan. Also did a lot a charity work while here. He's not an *kitten* at all....
-
Oh.....I thought you meant he said something during the playoffs. The poor guy spent a lot of years here in Calgary to no avail. He is a very nice person who really deserves the ring. Forgive him :)
