JMBR results - another reason to throw out your scale!
I'm finishing week 10 of JMBR today. I have gained 0.3 pounds and lost 10 inches. I really need to get rid of my scale. Just a little bit of encouragement for anyone out there who isn't "losing weight" on this program.

I like to get my workout in first thing in the am so it's done and nothing that comes up later in the day throws me off schedule. I just finished w3D3. It was HARD!!! Is it better, in your opinion, to repeat the week at the same speed or to move to week 4 and lower my speed if I think I absolutely have to? Advice would be appreciated!

I sat down this morning to take a look at my progress - comparing what it was like before I started Jillian Michaels' workouts and after.
