Quick question - is this better for weight loss and nutrition than 1% milk? Thanks!

Almond and soy are two different kinds of milk made by Silk. I'm a big Silk almond fan as it's way low cal (a cup has about 35 calories) but packed with nutrients. Dairy makes me bloated; almond milk doesn't. Plus, it's got a great flavour that adds lots to smoothies and oatmeal.
And, if you buy unsweetened, there's no sugar added.0 -
