It is totally achievable! I'm 49 and over the last year I've dropped about 45 lbs and am in the best shape of my life! It's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. It is one tough cardio workout and I do it 1-2 times per week along with No More Trouble Zones (more strength than cardio) 3-4 times per week....until I start JMBR on the 15th! Very excited about that!

I've always been a snooze button person - sleeping in as late as possible. About six months ago, I started working out in the very early am so I'd know I'd get it in no matter what came up later in the day. I actually look forward to it now. I do need an hour to wake up though. Means some silly early mornings!

Can't say enough about Jillian Michaels DVDs! I had never done a workout dvd in my life until I started 30 day shred in February. I followed that with Ripped in 30, KB&T, 6W6P, NMTZ and BFBM! I have the same problem but I'm 49..... Using Aveeno or Nivea q10 every morning, strength training, and hoping time (but not TOO much) will take care of the rest. I'm sure at your age, you'll be just fine.

Fennel! Always thought I hated it. Tried it with a recipe that called for white wine, honey and mustard seed. NUMMY!
