I have a polar heart rate monitor that syncs with digifit, which syncs with fitbit, which syncs with myfitnesspal. It makes life easy!

Oh my gosh my mom bought me some blue diamond habanero bbq almonds and they are delicious! 1 serving is 170 calories. I was totally addicted to bbq chips and these really satisfy my craving. It's hard to stick to just one serving!

I work in tv so I have the same problems. Sometimes I don't get off work til 2am! Just treat YOUR day like anyone else's. So what if it doesn't start til noon? This^^ fiber has done wonders! Things like avocados and chia seeds to add a few. Put chia seeds on things like yogurt and the gel in your stomach and leave you feeling so full. I was trying to sell my mom on them and when she finally tried them she was hooked!
