  • I'm a clean eater! Sending you a request and I'm looking for new friends as well :)
  • Don't waste your money, it's processed, uses genetically modified ingredients and it is way over priced. I replace some meals with smoothies, I use peanut butter for protein and add greens, fruit and almond/coconut milk or yogurt. Easier for my body to digest since it's natural.

  • Some people are under supervised diets and take vitamins. I eat my 1200 per day but I'm 5 inches shorter than you and I take vitamins (D3, super foods like chlorella and spirulina and others) and eat clean so I'm not hungry nor tired. If you find yourself being hungry you need to look at what you are eating, look into…

  • Are you doing the same things over and over? do you eat the same foods? I say you may need to completely change what you eat or a cleanse, when all else fails you may need to take a week or two from working out to break your plateau. Good luck!!
  • Amazing!!!
