I take a women multi vitamin, fish oil and MSM right now but I have a cabinet full of awesome supplements lol. I keep them handy for when I'm under the weather. I keep elderberry syrup, coconut oil, milk thistle, d-mannose powder, cranberry extract, chlorella, spirulina, cod liver oil, vit C, D3, TTO, honey etc.. :D

MFP was giving me 100 calories more than my HRM. That being said, if I don't give it my all during my zumba class, I will burn a lot less. Make sure you bring your heart rate up and exaggerate movements if you want to burn more cals!

I second what was suggested above. Seek a Naturopath and heal him with diet. I have heard of parents having great success using the GAPS diet. You can find the book on amazon. Good luck! :)

Zumba is absolutely amazing! Beto Perez is the Zumba creator and most of my instructors follow his choreography. I do Zumba 6 days a week. I love making smoothies but I usually make a green one every morning. I use 1 cup of (any green, kale, spinach, collards etc..), 1 cup of any frozen fruit, 1/2 raw orange juice, 1/2 banana and either one of the following; almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds. I blend in the nutribullet.

I'm 5'3, my goal is around 130-140lbs. I got down to 162lbs before I got pregnant with my 4th and I was a size 10 so as long as I can get down to a 7, I'm good :) I also have a large frame.
