Here's the ingredients list:
So, I seasoned the shrimps with Old Bay, Texas Pete hot sauce and oregano and I grilled them in a cast iron pan.
Then, I sautéed all the thinly sliced veggies (broccoli stalk were julienned and the rest was finely chopped) in the olive oil and added the cooked pasta. Toss, add the shrimp, taste and adjust seasoning (more Texas Pete!), and you're done.0 -
Italian "sub" (olive ciabatta, cooked turkey beast and mortadella, aragula, mozzarella, jarred red bell peppers and a nice sauce made with yogurt, mayonnaise and pesto), veggies and dip.
Raw beef tartare with an italian twist, aragula and 3 seeds sweet potato crackers.
Eggs benedict with a "faux" hollandaise made with greek yogurt. And aragula, of course.

And these I do eat... Two Hearts Terrine. I have them with mixed greens salad drizzled with warm olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Two Hearts Terrine is heart of palm wrapped in smoked salmon which is then rolled in a mixture of cream cheese, shrimp, artichoke hearts, shallots, capers, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic. The whole thing is chilled and then rolled in chopped pistachios and cut into discs as shown on the plate.

Hi!
Do you happen to have an Asian store in the area? If you do, then maybe you'd like to try looking for a bottle of Thai style sweet chilli sauce. I usually use that after sautéeing garlic and onions.
Otherwise, here's a recipe for the sauce:

PS: It's the garlic that makes it!0 -
Wow! Spectacular looking and tasty sounding meals. I'm accepting invites to dinner ???? nom nom0

Here's the recipe... 1 roll makes 2 servings. I typically cut 4-5 discs out of 1 roll.

Another ploughman's lunch: turkey breast, mortadelle, mozarella cheese, sweet potato crackers, hummus and veggies.
Portugese piri piri chicken and shrimps, minted tomato and cucumber salad with grilled halloumi, homamade pita crips with zaatar and labneh.
Homemade egg McMuffin.
Linguine with chicken, fennel, red bell pepper and aragula, doused in homemade rosée sauce.
Grilled "crocodile" pork kebab with veggies and a (probably radioactive) sweet potato.
