  • I have those ds. What I do is stick with fruits, veggies, lean meats, cheese. Think of the outside aisles of grocery store. Nothing processed and no junk. Then I go back to tracking =)
  • Bummer. Theres times that my Fitbit will show 3,000 steps after an hour of boxing plus that mostly uses arms. The active minutes will be in accurate showing 4 or 5 minutes active when I was working out tough for 45-60 minutes. Its frustrating. Theres no way I took that many steps in an hour! lol...

  • Thank you, I prefer full fat. I went with FF and low fat for a while but then saw all of the added sugar and other ingredients and decided to go back! I drink almond milk vs cows milk.
  • I have done the same thing...I lost weight and have kept it off. Back and forth with the same 5 pounds for a year!! Finally, I decided to go another route (WW) for the accountability!! Now here I am again back on MFP because I'm not sure I made the right decision. Talk about indecisive! All I can say is keep going! Time…
