  • I, myself, am not wanting to log it---I am trying to pose a question and prove a point that it is not enough to take place of a "workout" which some on MFP do and I think they are cheating themselves and why they don't loose weight. It was just a test of what you would burn in 30 min of cleaning vs 30 min of running.

  • I do it. I tend to run every morning becuase it makes me feel good and gets me started but I also find myself on the Wii at night playing or exercising---either way I am burning calories both times.

  • Same here. It is hard to see a difference of my own weight loss (close to the same) but I can see a difference in everyone else ,including you, so I guess it is just the way we see ourselves still.
