  • I prepare mine in the same way, but then put them in a dehydrator for an hour! I used to cook them in the oven, but some would be close to burnt and some would still be soft (crappy oven). They all come out perfectly now!
  • As long as you're under your calorie levels, I wouldn't worry too much. I have an apple and a banana, and I tip over on sugar... I only worry about my sugar number if it comes from refined sugars... Lactose and fructose are fine imho.
