Drink more water, eat more veggies and protein. If I eat things like yogurt, bread and cereal, I'm hungry pretty much all day. If I eat things like fish/steak/chicken, peanut butter, fruit, veggies, etc.. I'm rarely hungry. If you keep yourself busy that will also help.

I haven't given up anything. I eat a lot differently than I used to but I don't swear off certain foods.

My weight generally fluctuates within a 3lb range throughout the day. Last year, my weight had fluctuated upwards throughout the day by 6-8lbs though. :noway:

I love Country Harvest Twelve Grain, it's very hearty and it tastes good. It's better than any other brown bread I've tried.
-
I eat Honey Nut Cheerios, Special K Vanilla Almond or Shreddies if I have cereal.

I used to split two packs of those instant ramen noodles with my mom often for lunch. Rice cakes, eugh. I don't know why I ever ate those. My regular order at mcdonald's years ago (this would happen like 1-3x a week, it varied) was large fries, large coke and a crispy chicken burger plain.

No... Meal timing/frequency doesn't matter. If you stay within your calorie range/goal for the day, you will lose weight.

Mysterious Bacon. 500 Days Of Bacon. Bacon Valentine.

That's amazing, congrats. :)

It's usually just lower in fat than regular bacon and tastes a lot worse, imho.

Cream cheese frosting (like 1 or 1.5 cups of it...), cake icing, dry noodles, cheese, maple syrup.. Those are the weirdest ones I can think of. It's disgusting, honestly. :frown:

You've only taken birth control for 2 weeks, it can take up to 3 months for your body to adjust to the hormones... Give it time. When I first started birth control I was slightly bloated and ravenous for the first month but I'm on my second pack now and everything has evened itself out. The bloating is gone and my appetite…

I eat chocolate.

You can't do anything except love them. If someone has the want to change, they will. If they don't have the want or will to change, they're not going to no matter how much you try.
