How about snack sized candy? I always grab some packages of mini reese cups and almond joys since I have a huge sweet tooth and I'll have a couple throughout the day if I really feel like it. They're only 60-80 calories per piece. Cocoa Roasted Almonds are pretty good, though. I find that they're very filling and while…

I usually pre-log what I eat or keep a mental note of the calories per serving in my head but when I first started logging, the only things that surprised me were potatoes/mashed potatoes. I can't really think of anything else. :ohwell: I was always aware that there was nutrition information on my packaged foods but I…

My favorite is Pink Lady.

Of course you should count them. The calories do add up if you're eating a lot of them.

The most I've gained is 5-8lbs. :noway: :grumble:

Yeah, I'd rather not. Weighing myself every day made me absolutely miserable, I feel so much better weighing myself once every 1-3 weeks.
-
Yeah, I always used to stir the PB when I bought that kind and I do notice the volume decreases a lot.

I've done it before, it's good.

You should get one if you want to be completely accurate about what you're eating/logging. After a while, you should get a proper idea of what portion sizes look like and can wean off of using it. I guesstimate my food from time to time and I'm still losing weight consistently. If you feel that you're losing just fine…

If it's under 5 calories per serving they can label it as 0. I don't see what the big deal is, 5 calories per serving isn't much and isn't going to make or break your diet.

Always weigh it before.

This. I know I'm hungry if I eat a lot of cereal and breads but if I eat more protein and veggies, I'm not as hungry even if I eat the same amount of calories. @OP: What type of foods are you eating?
-
If it's boredom, I don't eat. I'll distract myself and go for a walk or hula hoop. If it's actual hunger I'll eat something like peppers and salsa, apple with a slice of cheese, etc.

You sound like you have disordered habits or an eating disorder, you should speak to someone you trust (ex: family member, doctor, counselor). It's not healthy to purge, you will not gain weight after one bad day. You might gain water weight, yes.. But not real weight. I hope you are able to get help and/or find someone to…

Uncooked.

It could be water weight from excess sodium, undigested food, etc. I know my weight can fluctuate by 8lbs sometimes. :noway:

Promax Cookies N Cream bar is amazing and really filling. The place I get them, they're around $3.50 each so I only buy it sometimes. :grumble: I'm sure you could find it cheaper online, though.

I love clover, I used to eat those little purple flowers when I was young. The taste reminded me of honey.

Yeah, I sometimes do. When it's on sale I like to buy a few tubs of it. My favorite flavors are Red Velvet Cake, Milk And Cookies, and Peanut Butter Tracks (which I haven't found in forever  ). I would rather have high calorie icecream that I can sit down and really enjoy vs. some low calorie icecream that isn't as…

There's a few bad ones that I can remember. - 3 pints of Ben & Jerry's, luna bar, two bananas, lots of peanut butter afterwards. - 2 jars of peanut butter (the PB & Co ones, not those large tubs of PB) - 11 granola bars and a lot peanut butter - 2 pints of Ben & Jerry's, 200g yogurt, 2 more cups of icecream. That ended up…

I do usually log my salad and vegetables but if I just take a small slice of a pepper, or a slice of cucumber, I won't log it.

I think it took me 3.5-4 months last year.

Yogurt and oatmeal.
