It could of been the variety of apple you ate? I know I prefer some apples over others; some taste very bland to me and others taste very good.

When I was younger I used to be able to eat an entire medium/large pizza all by myself, followed by 2litres of coca cola and some garlic breadsticks. Or the time I ate 3 pints(?) of Ben & Jerry's throughout the day.. Ick. :noway: :sick:

I did that, that's why I'm confused. I have a container of them and it weighs 622g altogether. They have no brand name or marinade, they're just wrapped in a plastic white container with plastic wrap. I'm wondering if I should just log it as this: Lamb - Leg, sirloin half, lean only, raw.

Yes, that is bad. It's fine if it happens every once in a while but not every day. Some people will say it is and some people will say it's not. In the end, it all comes down to how you feel about it. I still consume fast food from time to time (and even Ben And Jerry's icecream when I'm craving it :love: ) and I've still had steady weight loss. For me, this is sustainable. I have venom piercings. I was really nervous when I was getting pierced but it hurt A LOT LESS than I thought it would by a long shot. The healing time was more painful than getting pierced but it was totally worth it. I'd go for it if I were you.

If you want chocolate you should have some. I usually go for dark chocolate when I have a craving, either 72%, 88% or 90%. Lately I've been snacking on a goat's-cheese-fig-spread, yogurt with protein powder, dry cereal (chocolate cheerios as of recently), apples, and vegetables.
