Hi fellow kiwi's I'm a 38 and married with 2 wonderful kids :-) I am from Dunedin and have decided that 2013 is going to be "MY" year and putting my wants/needs first for a change. I would like to loose 10kgs but ultimate dream would be 15kgs :-) Love that we have a kiwi page on MFP :-)

Hi, I was recommended Nutra Life Thermo Max by the health 2000 shop, due to it being high in protein but low in sugar - so I just bought that, don't know if its any good though lol

Hey Emma, I live in Outram and would like to have a local person to help me out :-) I'm a 37 year old female with young, 7 and nearly 5 year kids. I'm over 80kgs at the moment (not the heaviest I've been, but I don't want to go back there). I want to lose about 15kgs and if I lose more, even better :-)
