  • First off congrats on your already 14lb weight loss. You know I was really into watching Biggest Loser but I found myself getting really depressed over the fact that I wasn't seeing the results these people were getting in a week. These are great inspirational shows but for the general public; so unrealistic. I recently…
  • Bump....wow thanks for all the good recipes

I too am going back to school so I pack myself hard boiled eggs, yogurt, small salads, granola bars, air popped popcorn, gluten free pretzels, fruit, ect. I just put it in a small lunch bag…

  • I just had a complete physical and actually asked my doctor this because hard boiled eggs are so convenient on work mornings for me. My cholesterol is really good so he told me 2 eggs a day is just fine. On the weekends I usually have something else. So I guess it depends on your own cholesterol. Good Luck.
  • Saves me a ton of money and puts my mind at ease knowing I'm not putting unhealthy food in my body. I do still eat Subway once in a blue moon but I feel it's healthier than McDonalds, Taco Bell, ect. I also didn't like how I felt after eating fast food; very sluggish and guilt ridden. Plus I look back and think about all…
  • I'm on a tight budget so I get Pure Protein at Walmart for $9.97 and it's not a HUGE container. I like the triple chocolate; tastes great to me.

When I make chicken noodle soup I add one cup of pureed cauliflower to the broth. I also…
  • Well I read you have kids so a suggestion is when the weather is nice go for bike rides with them. Also if you have a Wii; we got Just Dance for Christmas and the kids and I do that and let me tell you it's a good workout. I also would suggest Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred; it's only 30minutes. Her yoga meltdown is also…

  • My favorite is 1 scoop triple chocolate protein powder (I use Pure Protein), 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries or strawberries (whichever one I have on hand). I also like using the vanilla powder with frozen pineapples & mangoes and the 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
