i buy it off amazon.com, they are great for making with chicken and stir fry with veggies! they are a great side item, i would say its a good "pasta" substitute, it has alot different texture and taste but its still a very nice low cal food!

i had 4 wisdom teeth cut out at one time and 2 of the spots, were as u described, sore and had pointy things in them i went back to the doctor and he said its normal to have bone shards after the tooth is removed but he said he can numb me and remove them or they SHOULD fall out on their own as it heals it took probably 4…

lol my aunt keeps askin me if i have beatin that game yet(talking about WoW), it annoys me in that she askes and it annoys me in that i really cant beat it, i always just tell her it doesnt work like that lmao....

i try and divide it evenly by 5 meals, so 1300/5=5 meals of about 260cals, its not always exactly that but i try to stay close(of course my numbers are different but i just used the 1300 for ur example) and i space them out as evenly as possible 24-7(hours of sleep)/5=3.4 so i eat about every 3-3.5 hours.

in my opinion and im in no way a doctor but as long as you are not eating tons of proccessed sugar and the carbs u are gettting is from whole grains or fructose(sugar in fruit) its not a huge deal, although you can still over do it but having some fruit everyday is fine... best of luck!

If you are moving, and sweating, and ur heart rates up then its worth doing, it starts slow but you'll get to where u wanna be and where u need to be! good luck, just keep at it and you'll get there!

Indeed, I only allow myself to drink gravy once a year now and that's on turkey day, or tofuturkey day if ur that way, and yep back on track now. Ill have some gravy on xmas but not the 8people glasses the doctor reccomends! We are back on the waggon and holdin on tight!
