i love cosplay but have never done it, i think conventions are major fun and i love everything anime or games, and of course its super hot to go look at the chicks! i always wanted to be auron from FF he fits my physique and personality pretty well.

yea its a freakin shirt....heck i bought shirts at thrift stores that were for other runs and i wear them and i never even HEARD of the cause, but who cares, wear it if it fits, when you want and how you want.

i can say if im on that bus when some punk tells off grandma for askin for a seat that lil son of a ***** is gonna have another thing comin....not to mention she wouldnt have to ask cause i would have already gotten up and beckoned her over to take my seat.

i use the ball all the time, i actually even have one at work for my desk(i dont always use it but somedays ill use it while i work) i watch tv on it and i do all my weight lifting on it, it has really helped my core strenght and its a good feeling to know im not just sitting and watching tv i am sudo exercising too…

i got rid of food containers that were too big, portion control is key for me, eating the right amount at the right time.

you can pretty much do anyhting with them that you do with normal potatoes, i make fries(baked), hashbrowns, mashed sweet potatoes, candied for holidays, endless posibilites, i have even made sweet potatoe pancakes...

done: i did this at my desk i dont have weights so i put 6 bottles of water in a grocery bag, so which to my calculations is 5.76lbs, i did 100 on right arm then 100 on left arm, with slow form 2 secs up 2 secs down......it burnssssss

when this happens to me i drive through dunkin donuts and get the egg and cheese wake up wrap(180calories) and a black coffee(i add a pack of slenda cause thats how i like it)

i use spinach, grilled chicken, hard-bolied eggs, soy beans, a little bleu cheese, and thats pretty much those whole salad lol...cottage cheese is a good one too(but i usualy dont buy itcause it goes bad too fast for me, i love to use kidney beans and garbonzo beans, for dressing i just use balsamic vinegar.

mines pretty simple 1 whole egg 3 egg whites 2oz. turkey breast hand full of spinach 1 tablespoon of feta cheese.(optional for flavor and a lil fat) low in fat and high in protein and just about no carbs...i sometimes make it a sammich with whole wheat bread

from personal experience i have seen no difference in 5-6 meals a day to 3 larger meals a day(i did each way for 60 days), eating the same thing just changing portion size, so in my opinion assuming you are a healthy adult is that it doesnt matter when you eat your calories....and depending on your goal(if its weight loss)…

90% of the time you can make 50% of any statistac say whatever you want it to, 50% of the time... did they consider that most the people that are drinking the diet soda may have already been morbidly obese(not to say they all are or everyone who drinks it is) but lets be honest if you weren't on a "diet" you wouldnt drink…

yea umm, not to be the bearer of bad news but pancakes arent a good choice ever....unless for some reason you have an excess of 1000 cals you need to eat of bad sugars and fats.....

this is the only part i dont agree with.....the big med companies would patent it and hide it in a vault to many companies make to much money off people being obese, from diet pills to cholestorol medications(although not always linked to obeseity just an example)..... but very true there is no shortcut to a healthier…
