Dancing is seriously the most amazing thing ever. I could easily dance for an hour and a half and not get bored. It burns a lot of calories and doesn't even feel like a workout.

It's definitely good to combine cardio and strength training together. It burns twice as many calories. I do more cardio though, personally.

I wouldn't count it as cardio, so yes. Since you're using your own muscles as resistance, it's technically strength training.

Doing 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, and 10 pushups burns 100 calories. It only takes about 2 minutes.

I'm going to try to stick to my 1200 a day on Christmas and Thanksgiving, but I sort of doubt that I will since there's so much good food. Portion control is key though, and eating lean meats, vegetables, and only having a bit of dessert are what will keep you under your limit.

I used to weigh myself every day, but I've cut down to 2-3 times a week. I decided I just needed to stop. In a day though, your body can weigh 3-5 pounds heavier since you have foods and liquid in you, plus clothes.
