I weigh in Sat. at 9 a.m. but I think tonight is really gonna mess up my normal weight because of all the sodium. Do I cheat and use this mornings weight or just suck it up and go with tomorrow weight whatever it may be?

I am a new mom too. Not as New as you; Bug is almost eight months now but I am still working on getting off the last 2 pregnancy pounds. Unfortunatly I was overweight when I got pregnant. I gained 52 pounds with my pregnacy and I have lost 50.6 of it! Next pregnancy I will be on here like you were. Awesome job!!!!

I am sure your belly flab will go away as you work out and lose weight. You are young and healthy. It is us moms who have to really worry about the "mom flap" not going away!!! I personally have the same flap Adam Sandler had in the movie Click!!!!

You know I was just on vaction for a week and a half and I did not follow MFP at all. I thought I was going to have gained back a ton of weight but I did not. I only gained .2 back. I am getting married April 23rd of next year. I made myself a deal with myself that if I weigh 175 in January then I will buy my dream wedding dress but I do not get there then I will be in a linen dress. (It is a beach wedding so the linen would be fine but I want that big beautiful dress.)

Try a Monday weigh in that way you have more pressure to be good over the weekend. Also I have found that I can not use Sat or Sun as a day off from the gym because I am more likely to eat on the days I did kill myself in the gym. Maybe if you do both you will be motivated on the weekends too!

Oh sorry to keep adding notes but I also wanted to mention that I am still taking a prenatal vitamin to make sure the baby is getting what she needs! Along with eating healthy food for her!!!!!!!!!!!!
