Strawtop water bottles are the best way for me and do not wate your time with a small one go ahead and get a 25 oz bottle then if you fill it up 3 times you have had more than the base amount!!!!

It is bad foods and I am going over on my calories. I do a super long 5 or 6 mile run on Saturday and I burn an extra 800- 1000 calories and I am STILL going over. I was at the beach for a three week extravaganza and I managed to maintain my weight. I planed ahead when I ate out and I gave myself cheat meals but I made sure I worked out hard enough to makeup for it. Being at a hotel you will have a gym. Make the time to workout extra long 5 out of every 7 days you are on vaca!!!!

I have the same HRM and I love it too!!! If you have a smart phone the cardio trainer ap is AMAZING and FREE. It shows your route and tells you the mph you are running at and the distance you have gone. You are also supposed to be able to sync your FT7 with it but I have not done that yet!!!

About six mths after my husband and I moved in together we bought a scale and I weighed 210ish. I joined WW and got down to 180. Which was when I got pregnant and WW kicked me out. I am two weeks into the Insanity dvds and they are awesome. They have body resistance and are hard core cardio. According to my heart rate monitor I burn 400-800 calories a workout and I have noticed a big difference in my quads, hams, and hips since starting Insanity and I was a runner before hand!

I should have also said that I was a college athlete and had muscles on muscles. I had cardio trainers and strenght training trainers and was pulling at least three workouts a day. When I was doing weight watchers I would use 25 points a day. I noticed that the weeks that I did not drink at all I would lose 1.8- 2.3 lbs. Compared to the weeks that I would have a drink (still consuming a total of 25 points with the drink) I would only lose .6-.8. I am not saying that if you drink you will not lose but…

6/15/10<When I realized that only 10lbs out of the 52lbs I gained during my pregnancy was off my body after delivery and 3mths of brestfeeding! And I lost all 10lbs the night she came into the world.

I have a Polar FT7 and it has been awesome. I use it everytime I workout and since getting it and truly knowing how many calories I am burning I am seeing much faster and bigger losses!!!!! I was really lucky and did not gain any weight but honestly it was not as enjoyable a holiday as I feel it could have been. We did not make cookies and candies at all.
