I weigh in every Saturday morning. The best time I heard is sometime in the morning without any clothes on, before you eat breakfast and after you go to the bathroom. It gives me motivation for the next week whether I lost weight, stayed the same, or gained. I hope this helps

Ok, I just looked up the calories for the Chicken Chow Mein dish I was telling you about. It is 355 calories with brown rice for one serving, which is not bad for 1/4 cup of brown rice and 3 ounces of chicken breast (according to the info I got). I eat something called Chicken chow mein, of course I haven't ate it in a while though and not sure how many calories it is.
