Hey, I have a hard time figuring out how many calories I need to take in to lose weight. I was eating between 1300 and 1450 calories before I started to work out. Now I exercise for about an hour at least five times a week so I was thinking I also needed around 1700 or 1800 calories. I weigh 171 and I am trying to get down…

I know how you feel, I had lost weight and weighed myself the other night and now I am four pounds heavier! I wonder if it is the BC pills I just started taking but I guess there is no way to know until after my cycle.

Hey! I also have lost 11 pounds!!! Even though it has taken me 10 days, I am so excited about my progress. I never knew how many calories I was eating before. By cutting out soda, and eating within my calorie goal, and snacking all day this doesnt feel like a diet at all!!! :)
