Thanks for the advice, ladies! I've been doing a little better with my portions the past few days and trying to find other (and healthier!) ways to relieve stress. There's a really nice park near my house so I've been walking it in the evenings to relax. It helps! :)

Portions have been a big problem for me lately and I've not been able to do much exercise either. Some of it is stress, I think. But hopefully I can get back on track soon.

I've got some protection work planned for that evening. My car needs to make it safely from Colorado to Ohio, so I'm going to make a protection charm for it to give it a little boost :)

I think it happens to everyone at some point. Life gets crazy, other things take priority. Usually when it happens to me, I try to remember to do something, even something small, just to keep my spiritual side healthy.

We had gotten my daughter half a sheet cake for her birthday. After her party, we still had half of it left over. Over the course of three days, I finished off the cake. I didn't even track my calories for it, but I gained about 5 pounds... :(

Walmart and Target. :) But, it really does depend on the type of workout that you're doing. Anything where they're moving around a lot, and I'd say go for a higher quality bra. Otherwise, you can probably get by with the cheapo kind.

I work out while my daughter is taking a nap. That gives me about a 2 hour window of time to workout and then catch a nap myself if I need one. If, however, that isn't possible, you could also wait for him to go to bed for the night and get a workout in then. :)

IMO, it shows how far they've come. It shows confidence and strength. I've yet to see any pics on this site that are borderline porn, so I see nothing wrong with ladies (and men) posting pics of their flat bellies. Motivates me to get off my butt so I can look like that someday... lol :)

My daughter is two and she eats the same meals we do, unless I'm making something that I know she's not crazy about. Then I'll fix her a grilled cheese sandwich or something, but for the most part, she's really good about eating.
