  • I went to my sorority sisters baby shower. When I seen one of my "old heads" that lives out of town now, she said Jess your face is going down. I was cheesing like is it?! Thanks so much.   • Lol okay cool. It's crazy how I'm learning that all of this information is so important to for me. So is the BMR the same as my "resting" days calories of 1639. And the activity calories the same as my work out calories at 2254? If so I have this down pack!
