send you a HUGE HUG X0X0X0... and you know if your 10lbs of your target then .5lbs a week is a nice gentle slide to reaching it and maintaining it. Sure it will take a little longer but it will also help cement those habits that keep you at your desired weight. Put the past behind you can't change it so don't fret about…

Well said! We're all far to hard on ourselves. A little of everything is ok, You just proved that you don't need to feel bad about enjoying the food you like but the point is to stop after the 1 or 2 slices and not devour the whole pie. Well done, and thanks for such an inspiring post it really helps me today.

Will power is finite. Think of will power as an elastic band it only stretches so far. Eventually it runs out and you can't sustain what your doing in order to achieve your goal. So set yourself realistic goals, use your will power wisely don't over stretch it and you will find your making progress on your path to success.

Love beards, don't have one cos I'm a girl, that's not saying it's wrong for a girl to have a beard, each to their own and that. But if you can grow a beard do, not a long scraggy wispy thing but a good solid well groomed and trimmed beard si very appealing.

I started this too yesterday. Using yesterday as my up day and today as my first down day. So I'm starting on 2576 for my upday and 533 for my down day - that with light exercise 3 days a week. I don't think you need to eat your full upday allowance but you clearly shouldn't go over it.

I think there could be a whooping huge case of jealousy going on here. They can't believe that you are doing something consistently to change. They see the results and it makes them feel uncomfortable about themselves and their own hurdels in life. I think you look fantastic and you certainly don't look fat!

Well done you look absolutely Beautiful!

Please add me too, I think it's amazing that you have lost 100lbs... You did it once you can do it again

I'm 40 and would love to hear from any 40somethings too.

Might be worth looking at adding some protein to each meal I'm told this helps with feeling fuller for longer

I know exactly how you feel, would love to loose a little weight for Christmas enough to sustain the loss over Christmas. I've got two toddlers well a 1.5 year old and a 3 year old, a full time job which demands a 60 hour week and a husband who suffers from house work blindness. I'm trying to claw back some time for myself…
