I remember that episode but what I cant recall is did the just lower his carbs and increase his protein? I can't remember if they increased his fat as well? Because I know for me in the past the reason why I did so poorly on LC diets is because I also was trying to eat low fat.

I am about a week and a half almost 2 weeks and I love that I can go for a while without eating and I am not wanting gnaw my own arm off.
