Some people can eat just a small bite of cookie and be ok. Not me! I would eat the cookie and drink my milk and still crave another. Maybe you could have a cookie but know that as soon as you are done you have to do enough cardio to burn it off. Does the cookie still look as good as before? You BET! Eat while your work…

I wouldn't think so. It sounds like you had a great day. Wast your calories from junk food or healthy food. If it's from healthy food I say "relax". Good Luck. If it really stresses you out, just burn 10 extra calories before bedtime. Anyone have any ideas of what could burn 9 calories? hehehe

I always wonder why you never see them using that big pool. If I had that outside my room I would be in it every day! I think they need funner workouts. Some kind of sport, like rollerblading, or rock climbing. Working out in the gym is so boring.

I really don't know what is up with my body. I eat plenty of fiber and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water and yet I don't use the bathroom the way I think I should. I just pee alot.
