Maybe get some new clothes? You might still be seeing the size that the clothes used to fit. Also, visit people you haven't seen since before - they are sure to notice!

I log all activity as exercise because I have my setting at the lowest, sedentary level. I'm only allowed 1420 calories a day, which isn't really realistic, so every little bit counts!
