I just told my husband today, if I make goal weight which is about 28 more lbs. I want "him" to pay for a tatoo for me (I never had one). One behind the neck. It would be Thor's hammer.

Yes. That seems to be happening to me also. (Gaining). :mad: But it seems to come off again a couple of days after its all done. I tend to not weigh myself when I have it. That way I try to avoid the unnecessary frustration. Hang in there! :smile:

Is there a full moon or something, I gained 2lbs. this week also. Been within ranges also. Hopefully it will get better. The only difference, I noticed on my end is the weather's been extremely "hot" (lower 90's) and humid. Which isn't exactly the normal for here. :smile:

That's completely normal. I did WW years ago. And when I went to the meetings. That was one thing they said might happen. When you start eating healthy, then eat something bad don't be surprised if you get a belly ache. Goes to show that your eating healthy and your body's just telling you not to eat so much "bad" food.

I'm a pizza lover too. Try to fit into your calories. And get back on track. Don't deprive yourself you really want it. Eat in moderation. :drinker:

Great post! I've been wondering the same thing. Protein a hard one for me also. I just started using a protein shake. I hope its an acquired taste. :laugh:
