Dry cereal - cheerios and other kinds of that size take awhile to eat. It feels like you are eating more than you are. Also, Chewy bars and Fiber One bars keep me from grazing on bad snacks.

I don't log anything under 40 calories total (Cuties clementine, 1 Hershey's kiss, etc). I figure with the amount of water I am drinking which results in numerous trips to the bathroom, I am walking those calories off throughout the day. Loving this thread! Mine's Vanilla yogurt with cereal (cheerios, coco puffs, etc) mixed in. Sweet with a nice crunch to it.

Try Crystal light for some flavor, or the Mios flavor concentrations. They just came out with a natural energy one, which I like cause of my long work days (10hours). Also, I find if I drink it through a straw, I can down 24oz (Medium Pepsi cup) in 2 hours. Hope this helps!

Try Vodka and Diet Tonic with a lime wedge. It's my go to and the tonic is 0 calories cause its diet. Aslo its not ssweet like some drinks.

Watch out with the Sugar-free stuff. Some of the sweeteners can cause gas pains and related "wind". Any I mean all sugar-freem not just pudding. I had it happen with sugar-free Rita's Italian ice.

I can relate!! Except I notice my "sabotage" the week prior to my cycle. So that would be happening right about NOW! It's frustrating, but stick to your calories. If you crave crunch - try baby carrots, sweet - try Jello temptations, salty - pickles seem to work plus you get the crunch. Remember, satisfy the cravings, but…
