I use splenda years ago and said what am I doing... I am better off with real sugar and limiting that...at least I know what it is....people will say its real sugar...if its real sugar it wouldnt be called splenda...there is a chemical in there somewhere... I really only drink water and coffee....at home no sugar in coffee…
