Every morning I eat: Thomas Everything Bagel Thin with 2 tbs Philadelphia 1/3 less fat garden vegetable cream cheese and 1 hard boiled egg sliced on top 2 big cups of coffee with Coffeemate Fat Free French Vanilla creamer (try to only put 2 tbs in each cup). 245 total calories....drink and all

Hi. Just joined mfp yesterday and saw your challenge today. I walk with Leslie everyday. I pledge to walk 100 miles this month! Hopefully more! Already have 11 miles and only halfway through the week. Thanks for the extra motivation. -Denelle

I have been walking with Leslie since late January. That is my daily exercise. Along with eating healthier and controlling portion size it's how I've lost 37lbs. I like that it is easy to follow. Good luck.
