You are also probably tired from not eating enough or well enough. I highly recommend upping your good calories and doing stregnth training. If your goal is to be healthy and look good, don't worry about the number on the scale. It is not a very good indication of health.

The problem doesn't sound like its your exercise routine. Its her depression. She needs your support but she doesn't need to be enabled either. I recommend that you maintain your routine if it makes you feel good, but spend a little extra time giving her support during this time of need for her when you are not at the gym.…

That is awesome!! You look great!! Those demons are hard to overcome. I was called Ugmo in school. Made me incredibly self conscious, shy and introverted. Doing my Your Body app, taking a walk with my boys, and the elliptical in the gym tonight...Should be a solid 600 calories which isn't bad for a Monday!!

Every time I eat something I log it as soon as I am finished. It keeps me from forgetting what I ate throughout the day and from having to spend an extended amount of time logging everything all at once.
