I forgot to post my completion yesterday! Oops! And I did 170 instead of 160!! I'm losing count! lol I'm sore today but I have to make up for missing Tuesday's squats. No rest for the weary.

Happy Draft Day! I'm a huge COLLEGE football fan (GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!), but follow the Raiders since they are my hubbies team and the Bears because my dad was a Bears fan. My hubby has been counting down the days to the draft. I think he's hoping for a miracle for his Raiders this year! hahaha

Ideally 110lbs by October 1st but my primary goal is to be toned and healthy. I am going to miss my first goal of 120 by my birthday but my next goal is to be 115lbs on the 4th of July. At that point I will re-examine my goals and see at that point if I should continue to 110lbs.

HI there...I have been doing squats for about 6 weeks or so and recently started a squat challenge here on MFP. I personally have noticed that my thighs are getting more toned and do strongly recommend them.

I'm a pear too and am very slowly and frustratingly realizing the above. Its where my body is happy keeping its fat and its a fight to get the fat off. I do squats, butt bridges, lunges, and donkey kicks every single day in an effort to try to "encourage" more muscle than fat in those areas. I can feel the muscle…
