We are so close to the end, I can feel it. Starting my sets this morning...Breaking it up in sets of 20. Doing 4 sets of 20 this morning. Then doing 4 more sets at home this evening with my 12lb weight. Let's do this!

    5 sets of 32 done.

My quad was bulging rock hard afterwards.

Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day!
  • I'm sore from yesterday's squats still! But I'll be getting in my 160 this afternoon. :-)

Question: should we be doing squats while our legs are still sore?..I think I need 2 days to rest

^sore is ok for me. But that depends on your definition. Sightly stiff muscles I can work through. If my quads feel strain, pain, pull, etc then I'd rest more days.
  • I forgot to post my completion yesterday! Oops! And I did 170 instead of 160!! I'm losing count! lol I'm sore today but I have to make up for missing Tuesday's squats. No rest for the weary.

I almost forgot to do them tonight! Phew! My knees started hurting so my MFP friend suggested using weights to take the pressure off them and it worked! yes! See you tomorrow....
