I decided to push myself a bit more so I've done a few more each day. I might regret it a bit later when the numbers get higher but I'm hoping for some awesome results at the end of the 30 days! Day 1) 50 Squats - 60 done Day 2) 55 Squats - 65 done Day 3) 60 Squats - 70 done Day 4) REST

Day 1 done...I was actually able to do 60 before the squat lunge combo turned my legs into jelly! :-D Yay!

Agreed! Plus those prepackaged "diet" foods are very processed and contain lots of sodium. In my opinion, they are good for a rushed meal or a lazy night but aside from that they are not a good food regimine as they themselves are not good for you.

I only count water as water. Tea, coffee, juices, etc is all counted seperately if I drink them. Most the time I only drink water.

I saw Gob many years ago live. Never really cared for them until I saw them live. Happily surprised!

I LOVE frozen yogurt. Its sweet and creamy like ice cream but without all the guilt. Try going to a self serve frozen yogurt store so you can try different flavors and add your own toppings to make sure you stay iwthin a reasonable calorie range.

We spend about $1000 a month for myself, my husband and three sons with occasional meals out. I WISH we could get by with $500 a month!

What a horrible thing to say! I allow myself a "Cheat Day" on holidays and seem to be losing weight just fine. Having a day to allow yourself a treat is more likely to keep you on track then depriving yourself of all things you enjoy.

We had a cranky old cat that would be your friend when she felt like it. I can tolerate the mornings ok, but by the time night rolls around I'm fighting the sand man. I'm more of a middle of the day person...But I do enjoy naps when I can get them in. :tongue:

Same thing for me. After strength training or a particularly hard cardio workout I always retain a good amount of water. Sundays are my off days so I just weight on Monday morning. Seems to work pretty good for me.

If you have a smart phone, I highly recommend an app called You Are Your Own Gym. The exercises use your body as resistance...no gym or gym equipment required.
