I found out I was hypo last year after asking the doc to add it to my family history. He said we needed a baseline to keep watch and next thing I know I have hypo. It did explain a lot. I feel so much better. My weight loss is still a huge struggle.

I would try to change things up a little with your workouts. Also with food. Your body is probably freaking out cause you went from nothing to working out and eating better. Don't give up. In clothes I totally look better. With out clothes... well is just as bad as it was 125lbs ago. :( But I will live with that because of being heathier and all the other positives that come along with it. :) Oh an my boobs! Went from a DD to a C. Now I wonder what they will be when I have lost my last 45. :/

I weigh once every two weeks on a saturday. I always allow a restroom break and walk the dog first. That way Im not just out of bed. I do sneak in the occasional evening weigh or random morning weigh in just to check my progress. I didnt do well weighing often. But I think its all in how you take it. If it helps you then…

Wow Im suprised you didnt get a lot of response. Im kind of going through this myself. If you just have to have that piece of cheese cake try and only have half. Things like that help me. Its a slow restart but it will keep you from going over board with the bad stuff.

I went from 315 to 190. I have about 45 to go. I find it very helpful to be on mfp. If I am having a bad day I have people to turn to. Everyone needs great support groups!

I will not lecture but I will say it is unsafe. No doctor, good doctor, will tell you it is ok. Never stay below 1200 a day. My experience- I was doing something like that. What does it matter Im worthless anyway. No one cares about me, It wasnt until I passed out from starvation that I realized I was really loved and worth the fight. 120 lighter and in the best place ever! I hope everyone on here knows they are worth it too!

Dont give up. Our bodies tend to get stuck sometimes. And yes your food choices make a huge difference. Chinese food is loaded with sodium so you will gain water weight. I sudgest going on a 3 day clense. Nothing but fruit and vegetables and lots of water. Let your body clean back up and then go back on your diet. I have…

I use them sometimes. I usually drink lemon water but like to change it up. The packets say they are for 16 oz of water but I use one in 32-40 oz of water. My doctor said they are ok to use but not all the time.

I think the thing that got me was after I lost about 80 lbs, I had to go to the post office to get stamps and the lady declined my card because she said the picture on my drivers lic was not me. I could have been mad but instead I told her thank you and have a blessed day. I didnt realize til then that I had lost so much.…

I think most of us are on here for the same reasons. To reach a goal and better ourselves. So there is no difference between needed to shed 20-25lbs or 200lbs. I really feel sorry for that person. I hope they find their brain.
