Okay, I guess I lied. After I went to the chiropractor yesterday instead of going home and just resting as per his orders, my house had other plans. Our stupid basement flooded :( So I walked a bazillion flights of stairs (seemed like it), did lifting, and squatting :) Got in a great workout. So that will be my workout…

Bad week for me as my back is messed up. It's starting to feel a lot better and I'm hoping today will be my last day at the chiropractor, I just don't want to do anything right now to mess it up further. So I've just been walking the dogs and doing the elliptical a little. However, I plan on starting Slim in 6 on Sunday…

CW: 235 GW: 189 No idea on my body fat % either, but probably something awful. :)

For weights I LOVE Les Mills Pump and Chalean Extreme. They are different from either low weight/high rep or heavy weight/low rep, so I can't choose a favorite, I love them both. But my favorite cardio is Leslie Sansone. I love all of her Walk Away the Pounds videos. She is just so much fun.

This I used to watch Dr. Oz for a very limited time. Then I noticed that almost every day he had a "new magic" pill that everyone must take. Quickly realized that man doesn't know anything and is just a salesperson.

Can't tell you much about the effectiveness. There isn't a Curves around me now, but I used to go to one. The hours they were open and the hours I worked just didn't jive very well and I couldn't continue going. That being said...I absolutely loved it. I thought it was a fun and relaxed environment. You get in there, you…

I just got Vemme Bod-e shakes by Chris Powell. There is chocolate ice cream flavor and vanilla ice cream flavor. I am a very picky eater and I LOVE these. It was $90, but it's a 2 month supply if you mix it with milk/almond milk. You only use 1 scoop per shake that way, but if you mix it with water you are supposed to use…

I haven't read all of the responses yet, but I just wanted to let you know that it is possible. Years ago at Weight Watchers we were told the average person gains about 8 pounds during a 1 week vacation. I know I do, but I would say it's mostly from sodium from too much eating out and alcohol :)

Sounds great, I'm in! I keep thinking I want to do one of these. I sent you a friend request.

Exactly...I thought I was the only one who thought this way about this movie.

Bump, these sound delicious!

I did it for a week, like a PP said to get my eating back on track. I lost 5 lbs in just that one week, but I think it would be good for that purpose only. I do have a co-worker who uses it and has lost 30 pounds. She went through the whole thing and then just went back to eating like she normally does. Anytime she starts…

Slim in 6 is an awesome workout. You can't spot reduce, but her emphasis is on the thigh and hip area. It's a ton of squats and lunges and in only 6 weeks I lost the most inches in the areas you are talking about. Something cheaper/easier to get would be any Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds videos. I've also had some…

Those are amazing results! And only 10 days...I'm so jealous :) Keep up the great work and like previous posters said, it's not too late to measure. Just start now. Can't wait for your phase 2 results.

I'm actually in the process of my 5th tattoo healing right now. There was one spot that was really painful, but now I'm getting to the itchy stage. :) I'll send a request...oh and I have about 40 more pounds to lose.
