I agree with the Leslie Sansone Walk away the Pounds dvds. They are awesome and she has so many to choose from that require different time commitments, so you can pick and choose which ones work best for you. I also love the beachbody programs. Also, there is a Power 90 Master Series that I see is still for sale on the beachbody website. That is the next step up from Power 90 and it has Sculpt 5-6 and Sweat 5-6 ( I believe, I don't have this one so I don't know for sure what it all has with it).

Actually Power 90 was the original program. Then came P90X, P90X2, P90X3... There is a new program coming out called P90 and it is not released yet. However, the one that you are referring to that is shorter workouts and not as intense is the Power 90 workout and it is available right now. It was on sale a couple of weeks…

Oh my goodness, yes. The crinkly bottles that the dogs play with and the wet kissing noises on tv! They all drive me bonkers. Great post OP. I agree completely. Also agree with the poster that said kids are getting too lazy. I know it is a struggle to get my kids outside on most days and my 13 year old gets annoyed when I make her walk home from school.

I do! They were talking about it on Dr. Phil one day and I couldn't believe it was an actual thing. I thought everyone just drove me nuts for no reason all the time. :) My husband makes it so much worse. He takes enormous bites of everything and just really chomps. It makes me crazy.

The brown sugar cinnamon ones are my 13 year old's favorite. Actually I think it's the only ones she will eat... I haven't ever tried them though, so I don't know for sure. I agree with the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds videos. She has so many to choose from and they are all great. I'm doing Slim in 6 right now too, and also have a lot of other beachbody workouts. However, if I go back to Leslie every so often because she's so great.

Finally got the basement put back together on Friday ( took most of the day ), then Saturday we cleaned the rest of the house from top to bottom. Needed it after having all of the basement stuff in the rooms. Today was day one of Slim in 6, felt really good afterwards. Also, did a 20 minute brisk walk.
